Zana Davey-Greaves

Zana Davey-Greaves is a Senior Principal at Wellspring. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning, market research, compensation strategy, growth planning, and organizational development. During her tenure at Wellspring, Zana has served dozens of clients from across the sector, including in international development, botanic gardens and arboreta, environmental advocacy, education, community services, and more. She loves to work alongside senior leaders who are navigating tough organizational questions. 

Zana received an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with dual BAs in Political Science and Ethnicity, Race and Migration.
