Bianca DiGiovanni

Bianca is a Senior Associate at Wellspring. She brings experience in consulting, data analysis, and research.

Previously, Bianca worked in HR IT consulting, helping organizations optimize their systems and processes. She also served as a Project Manager and Research Assistant at GenForward, where she led data analysis and project management efforts focused on youth of color in collaboration with grassroots organizations. Bianca's academic research centered on race and ethnic politics, with a particular focus on criminal justice reform. She has also taught game theory at the university level and has a passion for applying formal models to social and political dynamics.

Bianca holds a PhD in American Politics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors of Science and Engineering from Princeton University. Outside of work, she serves as a queer alumni liaison on the board of the Princeton Club of Chicago and volunteers as a medical advocate for survivors of sexual violence.
