Malini Sridharan, Senior Principal

​

Malini is a Senior Principal in Wellspring’s New York office. She brings experience in data analysis, operational planning, strategic finance, fundraising and program design and implementation. 

 

Besides Wellspring, Malini has served as Chief Operating Officer at KIPP NYC, a major non-profit network of K-12 schools, and Deputy Director of CUNY K16 Initiatives. Malini has also taught middle school science at PS 140 Nathan Straus School in New York City and lectured in secondary science education at CUNY.

 

Prior to teaching, Malini conducted research in plant genomics and development at the University of Michigan, where she holds MS and BS degrees. Malini also earned an MBA degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
