Maggie Monahan, Consultant

Maggie Monahan is a Consultant at Wellspring. She brings experience in organizational strategy, communications, and change management.

Previously, Maggie worked as a freelance theatre director. Across nine regional and international productions, she directed casts of 3 to 30 actors and managed teams of 10
to 200 people. Her directing work was seen in New York, Chicago, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also worked as a factchecker and copyeditor at MissionWired, a digital fundraising firm serving nonprofit and political clients, and as an independent college counselor. During business school, Maggie served as chief of staff to the managing partner at
GoodLight Capital, an impact-oriented venture capital firm.

 

Maggie received her MBA from Columbia Business School as a Feldberg Fellow. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with B.A. in theatre and political science.
