Kelly Mangiardi, Consultant

Kelly Mangiardi is a Consultant at Wellspring. She brings experience with non-profit program design and management, organizational strategy, and people operations. Previously, Kelly worked at KIPP NYC Public Schools managing talent strategy as the organization scaled by over 50% and served as the special projects manager to drive key organizational priorities.

 

Prior to KIPP, she was a program director with Citizen Schools California, partnering with public schools in the Bay Area to design and implement expanded learning time programs.

 

Kelly started her career as a teaching fellow with Match Education in Boston, and served as a founding administrator for Match’s elementary school expansion. Kelly received her Masters in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her BA in Human Development from UC San Diego.
