Britt Kelleher Jones, Partner

​

Britt is a Partner at Wellspring. She brings experience in strategic planning and implementation, organizational launch and growth, and financial modeling. 

 

Previously, Britt co-founded Kairos Academies, a nationally-recognized public charter school network in St. Louis. As the network's Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw the organization's rapid operational and financial expansion. Additionally, Britt served as an Education Pioneers Strategy Fellow and Teach For America corps member and has presented at the National Charter Schools Conference and the Diverse Schools Coalition Conference. 

 

Britt received a BA in History and African American Studies from Princeton University, where she graduated magna cum laude. While at Princeton, she received the Departmental Thesis Award for her research on black identity and published her writing on gender and body image. Britt currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to Kairos Academies.
